Booking Confirmation: A reservation is confirmed only when a booking confirmation is received from Indus Suites.
Payment: Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking or in any case entire Bill for Room Charges has to be remitted into the designated account of the Hotel prior to Check-in. Payment methods include RTGS/NEFT, UPI, credit card, debit card, and Cash as accepted forms of payment.
Payment for Bulk/Group Bookings : No Bulk/Group Booking shall be confirmed or deemed final if entire payment is not cleared one week prior to Scheduled Check-In Date.
Billing Details must be furnished at the time of Check-in or at anytime prior to check-in for availing GST Input Credit. No IGST Bills shall be issued under any circumstance.
Advance : Advance payments shall be made in accordance with Hotel policy for bookings to be confirmed – 50% on booking and 100% before check-in. In case of Bulk Booking – 100% Payment to be made One Week Prior to Check-In

Early Check-in/Late Check-out: Subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Standard Rate: Cancellations made 48 hours prior to check-in will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged for the first night. (Applies only to Non Group/Bulk Bookings)
Non-refundable Rate: No-Refunds shall be provided for Bulk Bookings (Booking of 10 Rooms or more) if cancellation is not made within One Week of scheduled arrival date.
Bulk Booking/Group Booking- Guests are obligated to request cancellation as early as possible in case of Bulk Bookings for the hotel to make suitable arrangements for reselling of rooms.
Failure to check in on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice will result in a charge equivalent to the first night’s stay.
Identification: Valid photo identification and Address Proof is required at check-in. (Only Aadhar, Passport, Driving License Issued by Valid Government Authority) Shall be accepted as valid Photo Id
Behavior: Guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner. Indus Suites reserves the right to evict any guest behaving inappropriately or causing disturbance.
Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property during their stay. Costs for repairs or replacements will be charged to the guest.
Non-Smoking Rooms: All rooms are non-smoking. Smoking in non-designated areas will result in a cleaning fee of Rs. 2500.
Designated Smoking Areas: Guests may smoke in designated smoking areas only.
Pets: Pets are not allowed on the property except for service animals with prior notification.
Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Indus Suites is not liable for any loss or damage to personal items.
Emergency Procedures: In case of an emergency, guests must follow the safety instructions provided by the hotel sta
Complimentary Services: Includes Wi-Fi, breakfast, and Daily Housekeeping.
Additional Services: Access to Conference Room and Meeting Room are available at an Extra Charge
Personal Information: Indus Suites respects the privacy of its guests. Personal information collected during the reservation process will be used solely for the purpose of the booking and improving our services.
Indus Suites is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the hotel facilities, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
Indus Suites reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Guests will be notified of any significant changes.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Indus Suites operates. (Nagpur Jurisdiction)
